Execution Phases

  1. Site Analysis and Technical Assessment
    Comprehensive evaluation of the terrain: topography, soil composition and bearing capacity, accessibility, and climatic data. Based on geotechnical results, we define foundation types, tilt angles, and the optimal arrangement of module rows.
  2. Structural Design and Integrated Engineering
    3D modeling and static calculations according to DIN EN 1991 / Eurocode 3, including simulations for wind, snow, and dynamic loads. The design is precisely matched to the module format and includes all documentation required for permitting, fabrication, and installation.
  3. Logistics Planning and Site Management
    Definition of construction workflows, delivery sequences, storage areas, and assembly zones. Each structural element is labeled and packed according to installation stages (Just-in-Time), reducing handling times and minimizing errors.
  4. Manufacturing of Steel Components
    Production of all profiles, posts, and connection elements takes place in our own facilities using hot-dip galvanized steel in accordance with EN ISO 1461. Dimensional accuracy, hole patterns, and surface quality are verified before shipment – eliminating the need for improvised adjustments on site.
  5. Foundation and Steel Assembly
    Use of driven steel piles, prefabricated concrete foundations, or hybrid solutions – depending on geological conditions. Modular assembly is continuously monitored for alignment, elevation, and tilt. High-strength class 8.8 bolts and bracing members ensure structural stability.
  6. Module Installation and Electrical Integration
    Mounting with anodized aluminum clamps, organized and protected cable routing, and clear labeling. Insulation, polarity, and voltage drop tests are performed before commissioning the inverters and monitoring system.
  7. Testing, Commissioning, and Final Acceptance
    Comprehensive system verification: mechanical torque checks, performance analysis, and final visual inspection. Delivery of all documentation to the client includes as-built drawings, quality certificates, measurement protocols, and operation and maintenance manuals.

In-House Production of Steel Substructures

ProSolar Tech LTD is a certified manufacturer of steel substructures for ground-mounted photovoltaic parks. Production is carried out on automated lines for cutting, CNC drilling, and hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with EN ISO 1461. Full control over the manufacturing process ensures consistent quality and complete traceability of every component.

Profiles are engineered for high torsional rigidity, lateral stiffness, and corrosion resistance under extreme weather conditions. For each project, we adjust lengths, cross-sections, and hole patterns to match module dimensions, wind loads, and site topography. Each batch is dimensionally inspected, labeled, and documented; zinc coating thickness, adhesion, and surface quality are internally tested under ISO 9001 procedures. In-house production eliminates incompatibilities, accelerates installation, and enables a service life exceeding 25 years without structural intervention – forming the foundation for a predictable, scalable, and technically consistent EPC system.
