Project Phases
- Site Analysis and Technical Concept – Each project begins with a comprehensive analysis of the area, soil conditions, and climatic and topographical parameters. Based on this data, the engineering team defines the optimal system configuration – single-slope, double-slope, cantilevered, or flat-roof variant – taking into account the ideal south orientation and vehicle circulation.
- Structural Design, Detailed Planning, and 3D Modeling – During the design phase, a complete 3D model of the supporting structure is created, including structural verifications according to DIN EN 1991 / Eurocode 1 and DIN EN 1993 / Eurocode 3. Wind and snow loads are calculated based on the specific location, while foundation types (driven pile, micropile, or concrete base) are defined according to geotechnical conditions. The result is a robust, assembly-optimized structure with precise fit and material efficiency.
- Fabrication of Metal Components – Production is carried out entirely in-house on high-precision CNC machines for cutting, drilling, and welding. All components are manufactured in accordance with EN 1090 and hot-dip galvanized per EN ISO 1461 to ensure long-term corrosion protection. Every production step is documented and verified by internal quality management to guarantee dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and structural integrity.
- Logistics and Site Coordination – Components are modularly packaged, labeled by construction phase, and delivered on schedule. An optimized logistics chain accelerates assembly sequences, minimizes on-site storage, and enables uninterrupted installation.
- Assembly and Electrical Installation – Installation is performed by trained assembly teams under the technical supervision of ProSolar Tech LTD. Certified fasteners, laser measurement, and controlled torque tightening ensure precise alignment and long-term stability. Subsequently, the DC and AC installation of PV modules, inverters, and protection systems is carried out up to grid release.
- Testing, Acceptance, and Commissioning – After completion, all mechanical and electrical components undergo detailed inspection, including visual checks, insulation measurements, performance tests, and documentation within the “As-Built” project dossier. Each system is handed over only after successful quality verification.
